To ensure fairness to all of our guests and team, please review our cancellation policy: Cancellations & Reschedules: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s). No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Deposits: Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the 24-hour window, your deposit will be forfeited. Running Late: We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals later than this may result in a shortened service or cancellation, with applicable fees. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
